    1.1 Overview:
    This image screening machine adopts industrial camera to utilize the high light transmittance of glass, the object can be smoothly placed on the inspection glass plate for quick inspection through the vibration plate. In addition, a camera can be added to the bottom surface of the glass disk to detect the objects through the glass disk, which is suitable for objects that need to be detected on both sides and have no oil stains. After obtaining the image of the object to be inspected, then the industrial computer with the software system developed by the company's R & D team to compare the relationship between the images, low-cost, high-performance automated inspection operations. Therefore, the use of this system can reduce the tedious and labor-intensive manual work, and reduce the human error of inspection, greatly improve the quality of product shipments, and increase the company's external competitiveness.

    1.2 Soft systems: 
    The software system is a high-performance image inspection system that provides high speed, high accuracy, high stability, and a user-friendly interface to measure the size of the object to be inspected with sub-pixel image processing and special and easy calibration methods.
    1.3 Hardware equipment: 
    The hard body is equipped with vibrating feeder, downward material rail, inspection platform system as an integrated safe, convenient, and labor cost-saving automated equipment. They are described as follows: 
    -Vibratory feeder: The vibratory feeder is the container that holds the probes to be tested and runs the probes to the downfeed rail by means of vibration.
    -Downloading rail: The downloading rail is a tool for transporting the probes, the probes running to the downloading rail from the vibrating feeder will run through the downloading rail and then run to the inspection platform for inspection in order of columns.

    1.4 Inspection platforms:
    It is mainly equipped with digital high pixel professional cameras, high resolution lenses, industrial computers, LCD monitors, and an image screening program system developed by our company. It consists of servo motors, spindles, glass disks and related mechanical parts to realize the smooth intermittent rotation of the center system for workpiece inspection.
