    Measurement Software Main Functions

    I. Basic functions:

    II. Special features


    1. Measurement of the workpiece without adjusting the alignment, the software provides coordinate translation, rotation, alignment.
    2. Directly in the image and geometric area labeling / moving dimensions. Straight line trimming, extending the function.
    3. Geometric area points, lines, circles / arcs and straight line endpoints, midpoints, center of the circle, quadrant points automatically captured.
    4. Adjust the CCD parameter settings to improve adaptive force; remove burrs function, in order to correctly obtain the measurement data.
    5. Use image tools to quickly and automatically capture the basic geometric contour boundary points, and directly synthesize lines, circles and arcs.

    Software Features

    3D image measurement software has a simple interface, intuitive operation, easy to get started, and powerful functions, so that users can quickly and efficiently complete the measurement task.


    I. Simple and friendly interface.

    The main and frequently used functions are placed in the form of buttons in the main interface, which is easy to familiarize with, and the user can complete almost all the measurement actions by simply clicking and dragging the mouse.

    Ⅱ, powerful geometric measurement function

    1. The software provides complete geometric measurement functions

    Geometric elements such as points, lines, arcs, circles, rectangles, ellipses, keyways (waist features), open curves, closed curves, planes, cylinders, cones, and spheres can be measured. With the addition of a probe or laser displacement sensor in the Z-axis it is also possible to measure 3D graphic elements such as cylinders, cones, spheres, and surfaces in three-dimensional space. Depending on the actual characteristics of the elements, each element can be measured in a number of different ways. At the end of the edge search, the coordinates, length, area, volume, etc. of the element can be obtained directly.       

     

     

    2. The software has a powerful edge-finding function

    Capable of capturing very weak edges, can arbitrarily set the direction of edge searching to avoid edge searching errors, and flexibly set the edge searching parameters to remove the influence of stray dots and burrs.

     

     

    3. Autofocus function and focus point measurement function

    The software automatically determines whether the focus is sharpest or not, and this function can also be used to measure height and flatness.
