The following points should be noted when operating our fully automatic load cell:
(1) The load cell of the fully automatic load cell will be damaged if the axial force (both push and pull) exceeds 120% of the maximum load, so please be careful when operating the instrument. In addition, lateral loads and shock loads should also be avoided.
(2) Our fully automatic load and displacement curves have a complete protection mechanism for the load cell, but it is a prerequisite that the load cell cable must be connected. In addition, please use the machine under normal program so that the load cell is fully protected even in the case of hard impact caused by high speed movement.
(3) Since the Automatic Load Cell is controlled by Windows system, it is recommended to terminate other software programs when using the Automatic Load Cell for testing in order to avoid inaccurate test results or malfunctions due to temporary occupation of CPU resources by multitasking operations. Please remove the screen saver and power management program as well.
(4) It is recommended to use the automatic load and displacement tester and the computer control part for the exclusive use of a person and a machine, especially should pay attention to the protection of computer viruses, in order to avoid causing errors in the software function and the destruction of the test data.
(5) During the test of the fully automatic load displacement tester, the use of other peripheral products, such as printers and network transmission, should be avoided to prevent the loss of data during the test.
