This machine is suitable for torque test of various products. NB spindle, cell phone (single spindle torque, finished product torsion life test), LCD Monitor feet, rotary switch torque test and torque life test. The machine is easy to set up and operate with Windows Chinese window screen.

*The machine is driven by servo motor to provide high precision torque testing.

*All test conditions are set by the computer screen and can be stored.

*Directly test the change of torque value at each angle (torque-angle curve change graph).

*Simultaneously displays the torque-angle curve and the torque decay life curve.

*Can store and print graphs (torque-angle curve graph and torque decay life curve graph, test report).

*The test report is printed automatically and can be transferred to file output or output directly through the network.

*Input the upper and lower limit values of the test, and the machine will stop automatically if the specification is exceeded.

*Torque value can be set: positive torque, reverse torque, positive torque + reverse torque.

*Test traveling direction: positive rotation going, positive rotation going+returning. Reverse travel, reverse travel + return travel. Positive turn travel + reverse turn travel + positive turn return travel.

   2. Torque angle graph:

*The change of torque value for each angle can be recorded directly. (X-axis represents angle, Y-axis represents torque)

*Each measurement graph can be tracked by the cross cursor to read the corresponding torque and angle values with a minimum accuracy of 0.1 degree.

*The curve is automatically stored by computer, can be enlarged or reduced at any time, and N graphs can be placed on one sheet of paper.

*Scroll type curve display, can browse the curve at any time.

*The header content of the report can be set freely.

*The maximum value, minimum value and average value of each curve can be displayed on the report.

*The specification lines of upper and lower test limits can be displayed on the report.

*Multiple life curve graphs can be set to be displayed at the same time.
