I. Instrument Function
Multi-function Probe Load Life Machine is mainly applicable to various probes (load - resistance - stroke - life) of the test equipment, this machine high-precision motor drive, can provide high-precision (load - resistance - stroke) determination, and can get completely accurate probe curve test.
When testing the probe [load-resistance-stroke], the use of Windows Chinese Windows written settings, easy to operate, and all the information can be stored (test conditions, load curve, test results, inspection reports, etc.), X,Y platform can be automatically moved.
When testing probe [load-life], the touch screen as the terminal control platform, according to the PLC programming design and with high-precision motors for vertical upward and downward movement; can realize the high speed and high precision of each probe product [load-life] test.

IV. Testing functions:
-Test conditions can be set by computer and stored. Setting can be done by pull-down menu or direct data input. (Including test category, measurement direction, load measurement range, stroke measurement range, stroke home position, stroke home detection, measurement speed, total number of measurements, pause time, waiting position per time, and number of times of empty pressure).
-Peak Force Return, Force, Distance and Click rate can be displayed directly on the graph without manual calculation;
-Measurement curves are memorized by the computer and can be enlarged and reduced at any time. N curves can be placed on a piece of A4 paper;
-Test items can be entered into the upper and lower limits of the specification value, measurement results can be automatically determined OK or NG;
-Maximum measuring stroke can be input and load-stroke curve graph can be stored, checking report does not need square paper, general A4 paper can be;
-Test data can be stored in the hard disk (each data can be stored unlimited times);
-The header of the inspection report can be modified at any time (both in Chinese and English);
-The test report can be generated automatically, without the need for input;
-The test report can be converted to Excel, Word, PDF and other paper report formats;
-Dynamic resistance function (0-3000 mΩ) can be tested at the same time as load-displacement test;
-The current real-time load can be displayed while testing the life of the probe;
