    Test Principle
    Shaft switch load displacement curve tester Through a set of precision structure of automated assembly line, realize automatic loading, automatic testing, automatic material separation and other products to achieve grade separation.     Scope of Application:



    This machine adopts servo motor drive, which can provide high precision (load-stroke) measurement, and can get completely accurate key and switch curve test. Through the computer analysis system, it can accurately measure the relative change curves of the load and stroke of the object to be tested, and accurately control the load and stroke, test speed, setting times and pause times, etc., and it can be set up in groups based on the same test object for easy comparison. During the test, all curves are generated automatically, eliminating the tedious operation of moving paper and pencil for the old-style load curves. This machine uses servo motor and Windows control system, easy to operate, and all the data can be stored, is definitely a reliable high-performance measuring instrument.

    Control systemThis machine control system is composed of industrial computer, highly integrated microcontroller and servo system. This set of control system is accurate, efficient, highly integrated, only through a data line can complete the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer, to achieve the purpose of accurate detection, simple and convenient operation.

    Machine Features
    1. Peak Force, Return Force, Distance and Click rate can be displayed directly on the graph without manual calculation.
    2. Measurement graphs are memorized by the computer and can be enlarged and reduced at any time. N graphs can be placed on a piece of A4 paper.
    3. Measurement items can be entered into the upper and lower limits of the specification value, measurement results can be automatically determined OK or NO, automatically categorized into different absorption box.
    4. Maximum measuring stroke and load can be input, computerized automatic control.
    5. Load unit display N, Ib, gf, kgf can be freely switched.
    6. The computer directly prints and stores the load-travel curve and inspection report. (No need to square paper, general A4 paper can be).
    7. Test data is stored in the hard disk (each data can be stored unlimited times).
    8. Test conditions are set by the computer screen
    9. Test report header content can be modified at any time (both Chinese and English)
    10. The test report can be generated automatically without further input.
